I have to thank you for solving or getting the problem solved that I and numerous other customers had with the mydvr option on there cable box. We should have you cloned and put into customer service phone support.

 

It makes customers very angry when they call customer support only to have the problem not solved and have to rely on one person (you) to have to get there problem solved.  Again thanks for your help and don't go anywhere anytime soon.

Glad to hear it is now working and that you are enjoying it.

 

Also, thank you for the kind words but I am sorry to hear that you had a poor expereince when you called in. We are always working on improving our customer service on all mediums so your feedback is much appreciated.
