Terrible TV connection. Poor quality everyday on several boxes

Terrible TV connection. Poor quality everyday on several boxes

Do I need to call Customer Service everytime my boxes have spotty service. Black screens. Errors. 

 

I have rebooted, restarted boxes several times reach day.

 

Does Xfinity have a record of each time I manually restart my devices?

It is definitely not normal and can be corrected. First step would be to call 800-Comcast and when you talk to a TV service agent ask them to run the Einstein Internet Troubleshooting Guide on all of your equipment. The results may require a truck roll so a technician can fix the problems.
