Hi, I am using my xfinity account away from home. When I click on a program, it says the request is being sent to TV2 - what is TV2 and how do I access it? thank you

Some content is unavailable when you are out of your home network.  TV2 is the name associated with your 2nd TV in your home.  Selecting that will begin showing your request on that TV in your home.
