I renegotiated my Xfinity contract in regards to my TV and phone.  Was not told that I cannot receive HD on my TV and have been able to get the HD channels allowed on my new plan until now.  I am not happy and am very close to changing my contract

Hi lindsayparrott, I show that you have access to HD channels currently. Are you having issue viewing HD content, and do you get an error message while tuning to HD channels?
