The TV's not connected to the main cable box sporadically freeze up off and on while playing.  What needs to be done to fix this?

Hello steele-3, freezing is caused by a bad signal strength. To correct this you can reboot your cable box by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then reconnect it, or I can send a signal to your cable box to correct the issue. You can also send the same signal by logging into the "My Account" app and selecting the cable box that has the issue.
