There is a major problem with my Comcast TV. All the movie channels go from English to Spainish.For a brief moment English will start and then switch to Spanish. At the Comcast Store in Beaverton Oregon, the assistant will offer me a new modem and remote. When trying to program the new modem a pop up will say wait a moment and the program will start. Nothing happens. I called up the help line and the assistant tried to fix the problem. I followed the steps over the phone instruction to activate the TV but it wouldn't work. Agent set up an appointment for Monday 14. This problem keeps coming back. The agent said this is a cable problem. I need a solution or I will have to makes some changes.
