I'm assuming your are referring to a mobile device since I've never seen this on the website.  

 

Please ensure you device's rotation lock is not enabled. On iOS 10 devices, this can be accessed by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (rotation lock looks like a circular arrow).  Android varies but you can access from "Settings" on your operating system.
