TV remote app setup Isn't working!

TV remote app setup Isn't working!

When trying to set up the Xfinity TV Remote on my iPhone 5s, I get to the "Find your channel line up" and onceI enter my zipcode, I pick the channel line up, and go to click "Finish" it doesnt work. It just sits on that page, and eventually the app just crashes... I've tried a few times with the same result, on different wifi connections.

 

Note:

All the boxes are on

Ive tried on the home wifi network and LTE

All the boxes in the house are compatible

 

Thank you.

 

Edit: I have also tried using an iPhone 4s and it didn't work.
