I have been watching all my favorite tv shows online lately and love to watch more than one episode at a time. Just the other day, my tv show page didn't download all the shows and I can't watch them anymore.

Comcast says its my computer, because they can log into my account and access shows. I cleared my browser history and my cookies, reset the modem, restarted my computer and tried to figure it out. I've had no luck. I don't know what to do to access them. The first two rows of tv shows does show up on the page, but when I click on one of them, all it does is say " obtaining authorization" but never starts to play the show. That's all any of them do now. Does anyone know what I need to do? I have a Dell laptop with widows 7 and lots of memory. 64gig

We had in incident earlier today that was preventing video playback. Can you try playing your video again?
