TV picture sides cut off, will not fill screen

TV picture sides cut off, will not fill screen

My picture suddenly changed on my tv and the sides are cut off on all HD channels. All settings, wide, full, zoom, normal are all missing the full width. We cannot read scores unless we have the picture on a non HD channel.

I have this same problem, it actually occurred as I was watching, so no settings were changed or anything like that.  Had worked fine for months.  I've tried all the normal unplugging, resetting, etc.

Hi rhaut & Whit1323,

If you've checked all adjustments settings and still have the same issue, then it would be recommended to either exchange the affected box(es) or have a tech come out to diagnose.

Cycle through your zoom button( on remote control) you may have changed the veiw by mistake, when set wrong on my tv it cuts the sides of the picture off.
