TV listings

TV listings

Unable to enter ZIP code.  Therefore no listings - just a grey screen area.  Have gone to Xfinity TV settings and it states no ZIP code exists.  Tried the edit button and no results.  DAC: 153-77 displays.  Is there something in my computer protection program (which is Norton) that may be blocking this attempt?

Re: TV listings

I got signed in and entered my zip code and my local channel line up appeared correctly, BUT, the TV listing area is still just a gray box and clicking on the header or sideline buttons does nothing. Never had a problem until Comcast "upgraded" their listings!

Re: TV listings

This may have helped the poster who couldn't change the zip code but it does not help my problem of the blank gray listing box instead of the listing grid.

Re: TV listings

Hi all,

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Thanks,
Joe
