Came here for a solution to/explanation for this problem myself.

Re: TV listings "Oops something happened "

Happening here too. Too bad there is no known way to contact Comcast and let them know about the problem.

Me, too. As of Saturday night, all my Guide entries are the same - "To Be Announced". I also get an error screen stating that an error is being orked on, but doesn't state what the error is.

Can anyone at Comcast fix this?

Re: TV listings "Oops something happened "

Hmm, came here with the same problem and I see that there are two forums on the same issue  open with zero reponse from Comcast. Nice.

Oh, well. I move into a new place in three weeks and this complete lack of caring just makes the choice to go with Verizon that much easier.

Hi Everyone - We've resolved this issue. The TV listings should be loading successfully now.

Please let us know if you see any further problems.

Re: TV listings "Oops something happened "

Thanks Jessica! Just tried it and so far so good. No oops message & it's much faster. Fingers crossed it will stay that way.

The problem has recurred (Jan. 28th, 2014), trying to watch the State of the Union.
