What is it with the TV listings giving constant "Sorry, that didn't work. Please refresh." message and then asking that you try again.  Comcast and Xfinity should be ashamed.  NOTHING is ever fixed and when you call customer service they have no idea 1. what you are talking about and therefore 2. no idea how to fix it.  Terrible system !!!!!
