TV listing

The TV listing time is all screwed up. It's 2 hrs ahead of my actual time. So, if I want to see what's on at 7pm I have to look at 5 pm. And I don't see any solutions to the problem. Why do I have to change my computer time to another time zone that isn't mine? Didn't have to do that before.

Fixed the problem! Checked the time zone again & it was set on pacific time not central. Reset everything & it works just fine. Thank you so much for your help. Sorry for being so upset with comcast. This was not your fault, but my crazy computer.

make sure your zip code is set correctly.  That is usually the culprit here.

clear your cookies clear your cache and then reset your zip.  also using your comcast remote is a good alternative.

Nothing seems to work. Don't have & don't want a comcast remote again.

Make sure the computer is showing the right time in the toolbar.

 

When you get to the TV listings, Log-in. Very upper right corner of the page.

This happens to me occassionally and usually goes away eventually. Sometimes closing browser and re-opening works. 

 

In 16 years of browsing, I have never known deleting cookies to solve a technical problem

My zip is always set at 60020.  One time the computer automatically reset it to Philadelphia time.

The time on my computer is correct for my time zone. Are you referring to the time on the bottom right-hand corner of my computer as the toolbar? If you are talking about the comcast toolbar, stopped using that a long time ago because it made my computer run too slow. Didn't have this problem before until the new changes were implemented.

 

Logging in when I get to the TV listing doesn't change a thing.
