TV can't locate recorded programs and won't records

Just got upgraded Xfinity boxes and was working well. All of a suddent on one TV message when wanting to see recorded program is Can't locate recorded programs. Also won't record when pressing red record button on this TV. Any troubleshooting advice I can do at  home?

Pull power on all boxes.  Plug in DVR and allow it come online fully.  Plug in additional boxes one at a time, also allowing each to come online fully beofre moving to the next box.  This may restore communications between the DVR and add'l boxes.  If it does not, something is impactig the communication and you may need a Tech onsite to evaluate and make the necessary repairs.
