Saturday 5/2/15 TV went black. Could get stations below channel 29 from 5 to 9:00 pm. That was for all our TV's.


Called Comcast and they set an appointment for service. But the problem was an outage somewhere, where we found out when we called a second time.


We feel a credit should be given for the down time.

Had the exact same experience yesterday.  Beginning around 5 pm, all channels above 29 went black on all TVs.  We were still able to watch On Demand.  This morning, there is NO SIGNAL on any of the TVs and there is no indication of an outage when I look in My Account.

same story with our tv last night many channels giving the balck screen. Thinking to cancel the overpriced rubbish service from comcast.
