TV.Xfinity not recognizing recording and giving error 900.primetime.7510.20 and says I'm away from home while at home.

I am trying to watch recordings on my macbook while using the new tv.xfinity website. It worked great for the first couple weeks but since we moved it is having issues. It doesn't recognize a lot of the recordings that I have made on our actual tv. When I try and watch something I am given the error code 900.primetime.7510.20 and it tells me I'm away from home when I'm at home connected to the home network. Please help.
