I have not been able to view episodes from Channel TNT online for 2 weeks. I was able to view prior to 2 weeks ago.  Now I get a message saying I need to have a subscription to TNT. TNT is listed on channel view list.

Is TNT working on your TV?

 

Is TBS working online?

 

Are any other channels not working?

Yes TNT is working on my TV.

 

No, TBS is not working online (Orange Key)

 

Yes, I can view other channels.

I have had two messages left on my home phone saying that comcast has fixed the problem. Just want to say NO, COMCAST HAS NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM. I am still waiting for the orange keys to be gone.
