I could not be more frustrated and tired of the horrific level of TV service. How is it ok to put a message up saying that we expect service to be better by 10pm? It is impossible to contact Comcast unless you want to wait on the phone. It starts to drizzle out and the service goes to H_ _ _ in a hand basket.

 

Zero level of customer service.
