To Xfinity...stop with all the upgrades until you can get the apps that you already have out there working 100%.  I have the TV Remote Mobile App on my smartphone and my laptop, have for awhile now.  I'm so sick of trying to use it and getting the usual "We apologize there has been an error, try again later".  This keeps happening on and off.  Sometimes it will work, but most of the time not.  You keep raising our rates because of the upgrades and all I want is to have the services I already have work properly.
