TV Listings web page, Record error

TV Listings web page, Record error

After selecting a show to record, hitting the record button leads to a darkened listings page display scrolled all the way to the bottom of the listings web page.  Using the Scroll bar to move back up, the Record dialog box is found ready to accept the Record Episode command click.

The darkening display and long scroll to the bottom is confusing and frustrating.

Please try updating your browser to IE8 and then try again. This issue is also occurring on Google Chrome but not IE8 or Firefox.

Re: TV Listings web page, Record error

Your suggestion for upgrade to IE8 is a bit late, as I am already running IE9

View Compatabilit Mode

Our system shows that your were using IE7 when you last logged in. Can you please try Firefox until we completely resolve this issue.

Re: TV Listings web page, Record error

Your system indication of IE7 is WRONG.

Further experiments:

CHROME (don't have Firefox handy) did not have the problem.

IE9 without Compatibility View had the same problem.

Our team has fixed some bugs on the TV Listings page including this one. I can no longer duplicate it. Are you still seeing this issue?

Re: TV Listings web page, Record error

Sorry to disappoint, but the problem persists with IE9, with both modes of Compatibility View (on and off).
