Re: TV Listings page down?

I've noticed that on 10/17, 10/18, and today, the online line-up is not showing up correctly.  My HD favs don't show up and the line-up shows music channels in the 400s.

Getting the 'invalid timezone message' again for DST.  This only happens twice a year, you would think they could get it corrected.  Also getting an intermittent error message when changing channels from my work station. Smiley Sad

I have not been able to get the TV listings for 5-6 days now! Same message you got. Have you resolved the problem? If so what did you do to fix it?

Re: TV Listings page down?

The time zone message should have no effect on the listings. You have some other problem, try another browser.

Re: TV Listings

I too cannot access the TV listings for over a week.  It will not recognize any zip code that is entered in my area (SW FL)

Re: TV Listings

This issue has NOT been solved. I am trying to get today's tv listings but all I get is this message:

Sorry, that didn't go as planned.

We're working to fix this problem and hope to have it solved very soon. Please try back at a later time.

When is this going to be fixed???????

Try clearing your cache and cookies.   I was getting the same error message at xtv.comcast.net and that resolved my issue.

Re: TV Listings page down?

Been trying for more than a month to view "TV Listings" and continually get the Ooops that didn't go as planned message...Tried to talk to a tech Rep - that didn't help - after speaking to four different people in probably four different languages - still didn't get a fix - was told that "the tech people know about this and should have this fixed soon" - that, by the way was last month.  Can we get a fix for this problem?  I am operating Windows 10 - didn't have the problem with older windows versions....

Re: TV Listings page down?

Hi kwsfhs, have you tried clearing cache and cookies or resetting the browser to default settings? Also, are you experiencing this on another browser?

Thank you
