TV Listing Guide not working

TV Listing Guide not working

TV Listing guide stopped working on only one of 3 computers in house. If I try entering zip code I get the message "We could not find any service providers for that ZIP Code. Please try a different 5-digit U.S.Postal Code.". I tried different browsers with the same result. I'm using windows 10.

I'm having the same problem. Works on my computer but not iPad.

No tv guide on my computer for last 2 weeks, just "we are working on it" I do not channel surf so have been watching HULU, Netflix, etc.
