TV Listing Guide Grid

TV Listing Guide Grid

Our TV Listing grid has gone completely non-informational. It is gridded out by the half-hour, and every block says "To Be Announced". Your directions tell us to hit the "Change" button at the top of the grid . . . there is no "Change" button. Is there any chance you exercise any form of control over what the TV Listing grid says, and if so, can you please change it to actually show what will be aired on each channel?

Please tell me your zip code and service area so I can further assist you.

Thanks,
