TV Guide

I have a desktop and two laptops. My laptop and the desktop suddenly was unable to bring up the listings on TV Guide. The Wifes laptop still worked normal. I deleted cookies, undated browser, reset router and modem and everthing else on my end that was suggested. I called Comcast customer service explained my problem. First I was told I probably needed to replace my Modem, no I don't think so. Next I was told the normal, it my computer, No don't think so. Next  I was to set up a service call for someone to come out and check my equiptment and outside service. Again, no not on my end. By a miricle the next day, my TV Guide just started working again, Hala Lula.  

Now today, My Wifes TV Guide on her laptop stoped working. First it only loaded about half the Channels and then NO PROGRAMS Showing.  My TV Guide on my laptop and Desktop work normal. What is up with Comcast.


I pay too much for the Service I receive with periods of very slow speeds, and no internet. The having to constantly reset my Modem to get back connection or increase speed.  Shortly Comcast will want to increase my Rate even more at which time I will have to connect with another provider. I'm already paying too much and should be paying less for the service I receive.
