TV Guide

When I go to xfinity, then TV, then On Your TV, I get nothing. I want like it used to be with the channels listed 1 - 800's and every TV program.

Re: TV Guide

I tried that many times and it does not change to what I want. You evidently made changes in the On Your TV setup and it is not a good change. Can you please change it to the old way?

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

That does not seem to work for me. I have it in an email. Give me an email address to sent it to.
