TV Go On Demand Content Now Available on the TV App and Website

Great news to report!  Today we are updating the TV app and website to  allow X1 Cloud customers to stream and download select On Demand content outside of the home.  So basically taking the same features from the TV Go app and web and consolidating with the TV app and web platforms.   TV Go linear features will be added at a later date.

++

Please note that the Galaxy Tab S is excluded from this update, and customers who have the device won’t be able to use version 2.0 of the XFINITY TV app. I

In addition, some customers may be required to log back into the app after the update has been completed. Any recordings that were previously downloaded will be deleted from the device, and the device will need to be manually de-registered to return those recordings. To learn how to de-register devices, customers should reference Manage Authorized Devices for XFINITY Apps.

Re: TV Go On Demand Content Now Available on the TV App and Website

The TV app does not work on iOS 9 beta. I have beta 3 installed. TV GO works fine on the same device. The TV thinks I'm offline when using wifi. It works under LTE this prevents me from watching my recorded content under wifi.
