TV Go App for Android Down?

App has not worked on my Samsung tablet for over a week. Featured screen is blank and Live screen says experiencing technical difficulties, try again later. I have seen this before and it worked the next day. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried an online chat with Comcast support and got no answers only standard copied and pasted replies.

 

I see other messsges about the app being down and a Comcast reply about something fixed for iOS. Does anyone know the status for Android? Is there a general problem or is it working under some conditions?

Update:

I tried stopping wifi on tablet, unplugging and replugging modem and wifi router, and starting wifi on tablet. That seems to have fixed my problem.
