TV Everywhere

hi ... i've noticed that i can't log in and watch tv shows online ... either through the xfinity website or through network websites that require you to log in.  it says that you need a subscription to the channel but i have one, so I'm not sure what the issue is.  We are also not able to log in to xfinity wifi. we can log into our home internet, just not the xfinity wifi.  it says we don't have internet services, but clearly we do, or I wouldn't be typing this right now.  anyone know how to fix this?
