TV Box

The light on my TV box went out while the TV was on.  The TV screen then went blank and the TV automatically shut off. Why did the light on the box go out and how do I resolve this problem?

Unplug the box for a few minutes to see if a reset helps. Or, take the box in and swap it for another one.
