TCM movies On Demand

TCM movies on demand have a running time of only 1 minute.  Once you start a movie, you can't pause it and restart.  If too much time passes and it goes back to previous menu, you then have to reload movie and fast foward thru to where you left off.  This has been happening for the  past 3 or 4 days and is very frustrating.  No one at customer service seems to know anthing about it (as usual).  Can anbody look into this - PLEASE!!!

Re: TCM movies On Demand

Hi ME65, are you only having this issue with TCM movies/shows? Have you tried rebooting your equipment? I show that you have more than one cable box, do you have the same issue on all of your equipment?

Re: TCM movies On Demand

You are not the only one seeing this problem. I called customer service two different nights and was never given a correct answer from them. they told me it was my box doing it only. i also notice during the day i will have system lock on my tv remote at various times. remote won't work between 1 minute to 3 minute time at various times of the day. told by customer service "it must be your tv"
