TCM On Demand; A Christmas Carol movie out of sync

This problem with out of sync audio still exists with TCM movies. I'm watching the Christmas Carol and the audio sync is terrible! There are so many issues with Xfinity services.

I too tried to watch Christmas Carol.  So far out of sync impossible to watch.  This is unacceptable and MUST ME CORRECTED ASAP!

I would hope Comcast/Xfinity will contact TCM and merely have them try to watch Christmas Carol on demand.

Even the SD (Standard Definition)  version of Christmas Carol is out of sync!

Any progress?  Again, all they need do is play TCM On Demand 'Chirstmas Carol' in HD or SD version. Both versions are obviously useless to watch due to ridiculously out of sync!

My prediction. The ultimate resolution to TCM ON DEMAND 'Christmas Carol' deplorable out of sync issue in both HD and SD versions issue won't be resolved by Comcast today Thursday November 9 (was reported November 8)  regardless of below commitment from Comcast/Xfinity:

But, will be tomorrow Wednesday November 10. WHY? Because tomorrow is the day TCM On Demand terminates 'Chrismas Carol'  Hence, Comcast wins again and its customers suffer again. I  am near the end of the road with Comcast/Xfinity. Too many issues I had to resolve myself including inferior installations and dealing with broken pledges and inadequate answers to questions/problems.

Apologies all for this issue with this XFINITY On Demand asset from TCM.

 

Our teams are aware and are working with TCM on this issue. Once I have more information I can provide an update here. Thanks for your patience.
