TBA Guide

TBA Guide

All of my guide listings are showing up as To Be Announced. I have checked and rechecked my connections and wiring. I would prefer not to have to call a service tech to come over to my apartment. Please help me fix this problem.

Re: TBA Guide

The problem could have many sources and the quickest way to resolve the issue is to call 1-800-Comcast for tech support.  There is no charge for this service.  If the technician wants to schedule a home visit, just decline.

The call center tech will also be able to advise you if you can exchange the cable box at a service center or get a replacement shipped to you.

Re: TBA Guide

FWIW, the tier one phone reps are not bona-fide techs, they are just C.A.E.'s..

Re: TBA Guide

My tv guide is all "to be announced" also.  Very frustrating.  And calling the 800 number is a nightmare!  Seems like it should be a simple problem to fix.  Help!  What can we do?
