T. V. listings online


T. V. listings online

I cannot view my T.V listings online. I searched the help forum and it said to click onto the Change button on top of your T.V. grid and make sure that you have the correct zip code and service area selected. You can find the name of your service area on your bill.(Could not find this information on my bill.)


The problem is when I clicked the Change button on top of the T.V. listings grid there was a message in the box saying if the channels listed were not correct with my channels I should update the location information but when I clicked onto update there is nothing listed there, no response at all. It doesn't show any zip code or service location at all. No response. Consequently I could not check to see if the right zip code and service area is listed for me. My T. V. listings are blank, nothing is listed. The time is listed above the schedule but nothing is in the schedule at all. Please help to get this problem corrected.
