Subscription problems

I am a subscriber to all of the Premium Movie channels as well as 200+ other channels. When I go Online as I do regularly to watch, It shows me an orange key stating that a subscription is required although I have never had an issue before tonight. Tech support confirms that I do pay for these services, but can't explain why I cannot access them via the Xfinity app or logging in to the website itself. How can I resolve this issue?

I'm having the same issue, content is locked over website even though its part of my subscription.

I am having this problem, too. It just started for me about 3 hours ago though. Yesterday, online was working perfectly fine and now today can't watch anything. I notice that this was posted on the 9th. Has the issue been resolved for you by now?
