Subscription error when viewing on internet

Subscription error when viewing on internet

I reported this error on Tuesday 6-14-16 and I had no response from the case number I was assigned:

 

I cannot watch HBO or any of the channels for which I have a subscription as Live TV or Stream from the Xfinity website.  I get the "You need a subscription to view this channel".

 

Can't anyone at Xfinity solve this simple problem?
