Subscription Error on iPad

Hello. I just moved and transferred my services. When I try watching shoes on my iPad Xfinity app it says I have to call and get my package upgraded. I have the highest package available!  I'm am able to watch all the channels/shows I'm trying to watch on my TV that I'm trying to watch on my iPad. I was able to view everything 5 days ago prior to moving, but now I get an orange key and an error message. I've called multiple times and nobody can help me. This is ridiculous. I can also watch all my HBO shows on my HBO Go app and OnDemand, but not using the xfinity app.

You're not the only one... Works fine on the computer, but the iPod is a no go. Tells me that my sub needs an update. I came here hoping there would be some ideas, but, as usual, Xfinity knows nothing about their own apps or network. Typical.
