Streampix

I was trying to access Streampix but it asked me to buy the service. I am a trip package customer and according to your advertisement I qualify for this service. I talked to a CSR on web and he said I qualify and referred me to 1-800-comcast who said I need the Digital Preferred+ account. Why do I need this when I don't own a digital TV? Seems to me this is just another way for you to try and get more money from your customers.
