Streampix not working on my computer

Just upgraded to Blast Plus Economy and expecting to use Streampix (specifically A&E, AMC).  Error message is that I need a subscription every time I try to load a show.  Called Comcast and tech person fixed it once and it was working.  Next day I try to load a show, same error message.  Spent a few hours calling and chatting to get someone to fix it again.  One guy told me initial Streampix set up was done "incorrectly" and he claimed he fixed it but still not working.  Other reps I've spoken to either have no idea what Streampix is or can't figure out what the problem could be.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HA!  Thought I would give chat another try.  A very nice rep named Yvette helped me and it seemed to be working.  Then I get an e-mail - she had added Streampix as an additional service to my account to get it to work at $4.99 per month.  I neither requested nor authorized her to add this service in addition to the StreamPix service that is already included in the Blast Plus Economy promotion that I'm already paying for.  Too bad too - I gave her excellent feedback on the survey and she acted like she knew what she was doing.  Now I'm on hold with the Indian call center billing department trying to get the additional charges removed - that rep keeps telling me to hold for "two more minutes" while he attempts to do it.  I've been on the phone with him for 19 minutes now.  What a nightmare!

After more research, it appears my issue is not with "StreamPix" per se.  I am revising my post for help to indicate that I am unable to watch the Xfinity TV channels on my computer that are supposed to be included with my new Blast Plus Digital Economy Service.  Still getting the error message and orange key lock for AMC and A&E in particular.  Please help.  Am I doing something wrong?  Or are these channels not available to be watched on the computer, only the tv?  Thanks for your help.

Bumping to see if anyone can help with this.  Maybe it is user error?  I would love to know what exactly I'm supposed to be able to watch via Streampix...

When you can't resolve a problem using the regular customer service channels, try sending an email to "we_can_help@cable.comcast.com". Include:

    Account number
    Full name
    Service address
    Best contact phone number and time to call
    A description of the problem
    A link to your post

A Comcast problem resolution specialist should contact you to follow up. They seem to be quite a bit sharper than the regular phone or chat customer service reps.
