Streampix - ORANGE Keys

Streampix - ORANGE Keys

According to note on my bill, I am entitled to Streampix at NO additional cost.

 

What is up with the ORANGE keys telling me I have to subscribe,

 

I was getting this on the normal Xfinity.TV videos for premium channels, but

they disappeared, Did they move over to Streampix.

 

And when are they going to fix the problem with watching xfinity.TV using IE?????

I do not see Streampix on your account.

 

Please go here and make sure that you meet all the minimum requirements of Streampix:

Also, do the Streampix videos work On Demand?

Do the videos work On Demand?

 

Also, did you get:

 

  1. An email announcing the new service (check your email at Comcast.net).
  2. An alert in the My Account section of Comcast.com (sign in using your Comcast ID and password). New alerts appear on the main page.

I have this issue as well.
I have contacted CSR and was told I should receive it, also was given a ticket# and told in 24hrs it should work.
It's been 4 days and it still has the orange key. any help would be great!
