Quick question,

 

I subscribe to the sports entertainment package which includes nfl network and nfl red zone.  Why am I not able to watch these channels on my home computer and tablet?  Thanks for the assistance!

do the other channels work on your home wifi/hard-wired connection?

FWIW, I am able to access those channels with my Win7 Chrome browser.
