Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. (Error 6002)

Help, I had fixed my xfinity account and been able to use it but am now encountering Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. (Error 6002).  I think I just deleted my cookies.  What else is there to do?

Thank you, I was attempting to watch a video from the TV show Perception, but it is back up and running now.

Sometimes, Error 6002 means that there is an error on our end. Please send us the link of the video you are trying to watch so I can further investigate this issue.
