Someone is using my xfinity via an app

They are no longer supposed to be using it, I've changed my password and they are still logged in.... help please

What is the indication someone is using your "xfinity"?  Did you change the password on your comcast.net userid?

Hi Lisa,

 

I remotely "deprovisioned" all the web and mobile devices on your account. You will need to sign in again for the app and portal to work but, since you changed your password, the uninvited "guest" shouldn't be able to get back in.
