Some, not all, HBO channels feeds are being sent in SD..... no longer letter box...please fix

Suddenly some of my HBO and other channnnels are being sent in “zoomed” format. The image is stretched vertically and the sides are cut off. I have a 4:3 aspect ration TV and I watch programs in letterbox format. Always worked fine. Now an improper SD feed. I believe HBO/Comcast recently did this in Denver and it was eventually corrected. Please fix it in NM, please.

are you connected to the 4:3 TV via coax? what is your zoom setting set to on the X1 set top box?
