So Riddle Me This Joker???

I live in the state of Vermont and I have all my life, but for the past several weeks I keep getting the following message whenever I try to watch shows online... I find it funny that it says that it can only be viewed in the US and Vermont is in the US. I do not have on Blocking of geolocation so I can't seem to figure it out I have been trying but comast doesn't seem to like to get back on the phone quick enough and I am not going to sit on hold for over an hour like I did Friday. Any Ideas people?
