Silverlight then Adobe Flash Player now no premium channels

I have recently purchased two computers both are running Windows 7. When trying to watch a show I was originally given an error that i needed a Silverlight plug in. I did this on both computers and then I received an error 573 on both so I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Flash Player. I am now able to watch shows on regualr channels but I am not able to watch anything on the premium channels. Everytime I try to watch something on Showtime or HBO I am not making through the channel intro but as soon as the show is supposed to come on the page freezes. I also stream video on Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube on a regular basis and I am not having any trouble with anything but Xfinity TV Online. Please help me.
