Silverlight only works on some episodes?

I have Microsoft Silverlight installed because I am able to watch SOME videos.. For example, I just watched Episodes 5 and 6 of The Walking Dead, but when I click on the 7th on the same exact computer in the same exact browser, I get this message:

You're almost ready to watch

Please install the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in to begin watching this video.

It doesn't really make any sense that I can watch some episodes but not others... What's the deal?

The newest episode (When the Dead Come Knocking) uses Silverlight technology to play video.
