Please delete your Silverlight Player and then try watching the video again.

 

The video will now prompt you to install the latest version of Silverlight. Follow all the on-screen instructions and let me know if the video now plays.

Now my system won't even install Silverlight. Another subscriber said, "Power PC Macs are no longer supported." Is this true?

It is my understanding the the Comcast site requires the latest version. The older PPC Macs cannot run the latest version. Mininum requirement seems to be an Intel Mac running 10.6 or better.
