Silverlight Issue playing some movies on XFinity website

So, I have looked up this issue and have come across no solutions. I'm running Firefox 15, Vista 64bit, and updated Silverlight to Silverlight 5 (5.1.10411.0) and cleaned up registries afterwards. The "upgrade" that the video links me to will not install due to my OS not being Win7 64. Chrome also runs into the same error message.



I've uninstalled all versions of Silverlight and reinstalled the above version and I am still faced with the

to watch the Serpent and the Rainbow."



Oddly enough, it seems other videos/movies/tv play just fine so I am unsure of what the issue is or if you guys are working on it. I have not tried playing more to see if I run into more issues, Is there any reslution to this? Of course, I'm able to watch the movie on my cable box or 360, but I want to fix this issue on my browser.
