Silverlight Failure

Silverlight Failure

I am unable to view xfinity TV due to a Silverlight failure. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled Silverlight at least 20 times with no positive results. Please advise me on a solution to this problem. I use comcast because of xfinity and will not continue my service if this is not rectified. The issue arose on August 13, 2012 and was not a problem before this date.

Are you receiving an error message when videos are not working? Are any other HBO shows giving you this same error?

Thanks,
